What currency is the store using? CardsMyLegend’s default currency is the Canadian Dollar (CAD). However, our website automatically displays prices in your local currency based on your location. - Orders are processed within 4-5 business days after payment confirmation

At CardsMyLegend, each product is carefully personalised and made to order. Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit. To process your request, please provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit if:
- Your item was damaged during delivery.
- Your package was lost in transit.
- An error was made during the personalisation process.
If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days from the shipping date, we will investigate the matter and arrange a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
