However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit. To process your request, please provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit if:
- Your item was damaged during delivery.
- Your package was lost in transit.
- An error was made during the personalisation process.
If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days from the shipping date, we will investigate the matter and arrange a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
