Customs & Import Fees

Depending on your country, orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local government and are beyond our control.

Customs fees may apply if your order exceeds your country’s import threshold. As these limits vary by location, we recommend checking your country’s regulations for imports from Canada before placing your order.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery, if applicable.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email titled “Your CardsMyLegend order #XXXX is on the way.” This email will include your tracking link along with the courier details.

If there are any issues with your shipment, our team will reach out to you directly. You are also welcome to contact us at any time if you have questions about your order.

Please note that delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are beyond our control.

I need to change my delivery address, 
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update your delivery address. Please contact us using the Email address or the Contact us page.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to the delivery address. In this case, if the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us, which can take several weeks. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.

Note: To avoid any delays, please include your order number and your updated address in your initial message.

Returned to Sender (RTS) Orders

If your tracking indicates that your package is being returned to CardsMyLegend, it is typically due to an issue with the delivery address provided.

Once the returned package is received at our facility, we will contact you to confirm and update your delivery details. After receiving the correct information, we will arrange for the order to be reshipped.

Please note that the following are common reasons for packages being returned:
Missing house number or name in the delivery address.
Incorrect house number or address details.
Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery, and the parcel was not collected from the designated pickup point.
The package was damaged in transit and deemed undeliverable by the courier.
